A PNC employee is accused of stealing a song that was popular with Pirates fans, according to a local newspaper.

According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, an employee of a Pennsylvanian convenience store stole a “Wrecking Ball” from the store on Tuesday, March 14, according the newspaper.

The employees claim that the song was being played on a TV in the store, which is located at 3455 Broad St. The employee then called the manager of the store to ask for a refund for the song.

The manager said he would give the employee a check for the cost of the song and he was able to retrieve the song for the store’s patrons.PNC told the newspaper that the employee is being terminated from the PNC Store, and that they will take disciplinary action against the employee.
