How to capture the essence of an event with a single photograph
Photographer jim is a big fan of the old days.
In fact, he says he’s been shooting events since he was six years old.
So when he got the chance to capture an event that was both an event and a family day for his mother, he took it on.
The photojournalist and photographer has shot a lot of weddings and he’s worked with lots of photographers. “
It’s like the old photos are still going to have that look and feel and everything but now they’re going to look like this.”
The photojournalist and photographer has shot a lot of weddings and he’s worked with lots of photographers.
So he knew that his skills would come in handy for any wedding he was covering, even if it wasn’t his own.
“It’s a bit of a challenge because I’m a bit new at it and it takes a little bit of time to get the hang of it but once you do, you’re going home happy,” he says.
But what is it like to capture what you love?
Well, in this case, it wasn`t a wedding, but it was just a family event.
And I love to photograph family events.
“So the photographer took a chance and set out to capture all of the elements of the event in one photo.

It was really good and it showed her the wedding day,” he laughs.

“David Lynch was an amazing photographer, he was a huge influence on me, he influenced a lot me in my photography, he did a lot to inspire me and I really want to learn from him,” he said.
The photographer also says the wedding was a good example of how the power of social media can bring people together.
“Social media really brought people together, it really gave them a chance to talk, to express their emotions, to get on the phone, to talk about something that was really important to them,” he explained.
“So it was a really great day for me, it was really special for my family and it was such a beautiful day.”
The students will also be learning how to take a picture of something they like and what the photo can tell them about the event.
The students, who are currently enrolled at the school, will be getting their first exposure to social media and Instagram, and the process of creating a shot.
“We’re trying to figure out how to go about creating a good photo, how to capture everything and get the essence to the shot, to have the best photo possible,” said Jess.
